When, how and why did you get started with us?
June 2020, got sick of making my own workouts and wanted to make exercising a more social activity. Came to a trial week and loved it.
What would be your dream workout?
Part A- some kind of lower body weight lifting, squats or deadlifts.
Part B- running OR rowing OR ski erg, plus a skill and a lighting weight movement.
What workout would you want to avoid?
Anything with wall balls, lunges or heavy step ups. Favourite Crossfit Athlete?
