When, how and why did you get started with us? My passion is kitesurfing. But I used to become a public liability after little time on the water. So I wanted to increase my fitness. Thanks to Dan and Theresa convinced me to try Xfit. That was five years ago. And it has been amazing. Xfit transformed my life. I can kite longer and safer, I completed my first Marathon after six weeks of training, I can pick up other sports easily, I feel 10 years younger. And best of all, I am more confident or less nervous around good-looking people. What would be your dream workout?
