This Monthly Mission will be breathing efficiency. By improving your breathing not only will we hopefully increase performance but also reduce stress and fatigue by slowing your breathing in day to day situations. We will test before and after: 1. Breathing efficiency at rest - BOLT Score (Body Oxygen Level Test) 2. Maximum Breathless test - your ability to process oxygen while moving. 3. Nose breathing aerobic test - the link between breathing and exercise adaption.
