Starting in February, each month we are going run a 'Monthly Mission'. Where we focus on a specific aspect of Skill, Strength, Mobility, Fitness or something random!
Each day we will work towards the months focus. Wether it's a small part included in the warm up or some dedicated time before or after the workout. February's focus will be Strict Pull Ups! However we want to hear what you want to do! Contact us at info@crossfitclaremont.com.au with what you would like the focus to be on. You can send through multiple requests and the more specific votes we get for something we more likely we will do it. Be creative, it could be anything from Handstand Holds to working on your 2k Row! Don't be afraid to ask for what you really want or you won't get it. Can't wait to hear from you!
