Hi everyone,
Hopefully everyone is getting excited for our annual Christmas party next Saturday (8th December). It’s always a great event to get together and celebrate a year of fitness, friendships and fun.
The details of the party are as follows:
Start time 12pm.
Address: 8 Stanbury Way, Booragoon
(Please RSVP via the Facebook invite or email jason@crossfitclaremont.com.au so we have a rough idea of numbers and can cater adequately!)
Dress: Anchorman Pool Party. Anchorman was set in the 70s, if you can watch the attached clip or better yet watch the full movie to get a good feel.
The rough schedule of events will be:
12.30pm Secret Santa
1.00pm Awards presentation
1.30pm Lunch
3.00pm Beer Mile
We will, once again be running a Secret Santa! If you wish to participate, please bring along a gift to the value of $30. Like last year, we will run with “Bad Santa” rules where you’re able to either steal a gift, or select from under the tree! Always fun to see friendships tested over material objects.
We are a family gym so of course this is a family event! Feel free to bring along your partner and/or kids! There is a swimming pool so make sure to pack your speedos and towel if you wish to swim.
Lunch will be provided. We have had a few people asking what they can bring along, so if you are willing, we will graciously accept offers of salad or dessert, however please don’t feel obligated to bring anything! If however you would like to contribute something, please just let me know and I can let Lauren know so we don’t have any/many double ups! If you have dietary requirements please reply to this and let me know so we can try our best to cater to you.
Please BYO alcohol, there will be water and soft drink provided.
