With the Christmas Party coming up it means it's time to crown our end of year awards!
This is the time we recognise those who have really made a huge commitment to their Fitness and/or been a positive influence in the Community.
The awards are: COMMUNITY AWARD: this award is given to someone who contributes to the Gym being a really great place to be.
Some past winners include Siobhane Byrne 2017, Siobhane Drake-Brockman 2017, Duncan Lane 2014 & 2016, Lingee 2016 and Dave Vaughan 2013
MOST IMPROVED: these people through application and hard work have made huge progress with their fitness over the year. Some past winners include Wacey Brown 2013, Angela Goh 2013, Lingee So 2015, Kim Hall 2016, Ryan Smith 2017, Liz Bellis 2017
DUMMY SPIT: this goes to someone who can sometimes let their emotion get the best of them, and at times of difficulty or hardship let the moment take over and can cause a loss of composure. MOST IMPROVED (COACHES AWARD): This is the the same as the Most Improved Award, but is it chosen by the coaches. Maybe knowing or seeing some things other members don't see the coaches choose their most improved Male and Female.
