When, how and why did you get started with us? We came back to Perth after having taken up CrossFit while living in Vancouver, joined Cooee which then shut a month later. A few weeks of going through the motions at F45 was enough to tell me I needed to find another CrossFit Box
What would be your dream workout? Lots and lots of Running, 32kg KettleBells and Pullups….A Super Helen perhaps?
What workout would you want to avoid? Anything with Overhead Squats….and come to think of it Wallballs. I suck.
Favourite Crossfit Athlete? Had to look this up as I’m not really a follower.,,, Stumbled upon a dude called Noah Olsen. Apparently tore his Pec before regionals this year but still made it through to the Games. Having repaired a fair number of Pec Tears over the years that’s a huge effort. Or his roids are of a higher quality than most.
Whats the best thing you own that cost under $100? My shaker bottle. Can’t start the day without my coffee/protein concoction in it. You don’t want to know how long I’ve had it.
Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? Don’t think I’ve ever made one. My wife tells me my blond tipped hair back in the day was terrible, but she just doesn’t appreciate late 90’s cutting edge fashion.

Funniest thing that happened to you recently? My 4yo son (Josh) informing me the other day that I had been wasting my time watering the orchid in our living room….because it’s fake! 3 months of giving TLC to that damn thing yet I had no idea.

If you could have one other CrossFit Claremont members body part, what would it be? Lingee’s ‘Grunt.’ (I guess the body part is her larynx??) Puts Monica Seles to shame and certainly wakes me up at 6am.
