When, how and why did you get started with us? September 2016. We had heard about XF but not being in to cults had steered a wide berth….until our berths got a little too wide and it was time to take remedial action. Spotted the old gym on a drive past and signed up there and then!

What would be your dream workout? Minimum skill, maximum aerobic work.

What workout would you want to avoid? Anything involving skill, especially when combined with gravity and ‘bar'

Whats the best thing you own that cost under $100? 0.010752688172043 of a bitcoin

Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? Being completely fashion free saves me from such a faux pas

Favourite quote? "Life must be lived forwards but can only be understood backwards"; or; "if your experiment needs statistics you should have done a better experiment, Sue!” (With apologies to Lord Rutherford)

Whats Your fav 90s jam? Not a great decade for music, although way better than the 80s, so maybe Bittersweet Symphony by The Verve

Last thing you watched on TV? The Derby……just saying…… CARN the EAGLES

Funniest thing that happened to you recently? Checking my credit card statement and seeing all of Sue’s under $100 purchases

Most used emoji? According to my phone history….go figure
