When, how and why did you get started with us?From the beginning (2013) I was apart of the left overs from the old gym (Vault Fitness). What would be your dream workout? Preferably a WOD that’s shorter than 3 minutes and consists of gymnastic work. What workout would you want to avoid?Anything longer than 3 minutes. Probably Whitten (only wod I’ve thrown up during) Five rounds for time of: 22 Kettlebell swings 32kg, 22 Box jump 24"Run 400 meters 22 Burpees 22 Wall balls. Favourite Crossfit Athlete: Rach Davis and then Fikowski. Whats the best thing you own that cost under $100? Roo Grips. Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made: White Oakley sunglasses. Favourite quote? ‘Don’t cling to a mistake just because you spent a lot of time making it’ What’s your fav 90s jam? Under the Bridge-Red Hot Chilli Peppers Last thing you watched on TV?
