When, how and why did you get started with us? Started actual CrossFit in 2014 (I think). We had started PT with Paul Burgess prior to that. What would be your dream workout? Weighted Push ups, Ring Dips and Chin ups.

Funniest thing that happened to you recently? Having my water bottle stolen, then having a dog lift its leg and piss on me while rolling out at Allen Park.
