When, how and why did you get started with us? Started actual CrossFit in 2014 (I think). We had started PT with Paul Burgess prior to that. What would be your dream workout? Weighted Push ups, Ring Dips and Chin ups.
What workout would you want to avoid? Any with overhead squats . Favourite Crossfit Athlete: Liz

Funniest thing that happened to you recently? Having my water bottle stolen, then having a dog lift its leg and piss on me while rolling out at Allen Park. Most used emoji? :emoji’s are not much use without a smart phone. If you could have one other CrossFit Claremont members body part, what would it be? Dustin’s lower body.
