Keely has been a regular for a while. Always a super friendly, easy going person regardless of if she's in late in the evening or 6am. Any workout with running/burpees/pullup/double unders she will so really well. She's one of the best partiers too! When, how and why did you get started with us? I think it was around March 2014, a friend that used to train at SXF suggested that Crossfit would be my style of training to fit in with my relentless lifestyle, the Nedlands gym was right next to my work and I was hooked after my first foundations class. I have made some incredible and lifelong friends at CFC – have never looked back!
What would be your dream workout? Annie with some running, C&Js and pull ups thrown in!
What workout would you want to avoid? Anything with OHS.. only because I don’t practice and completely suck at this movement
Favourite Crossfit Athlete: Lauren Fisher.. I really admire her strong work ethic and passion at such a young age – and she has great hair 😀
Whats the best thing you own that cost under $100? A tub of coconut oil.. Multi-use oil I have in every room in the house, for moisturising, calluses, eczema, make up remover, cooking oil, smoothies, bulletproof coffee, amongst other things!
Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made: I used to shop at second hand stores when I was in my 90’s Grunge phase (there was no such thing as “vintage” back then).. I had a very old and tired green woolen striped cardigan that I used to wear all the time.. I looked like a homeless person to say the least! It went well with my undercut! :/

Last thing you watched on TV: Mako Mermaids Seasons 1 and 2 for the 5th time (the joys of having a 6yr old girl! – Chloe and I secretly wish we were mermaids ;) )
Funniest thing that happened to you recently:
Chloe mentioned to me that while I’m frantically screaming at her at bedtime to go to sleep (on most nights).. she is really laughing at me from the inside..

... and Chloe. Chloe was one of the original kids we've had around the Gym. Starting to look after others babies and a very mature young lady. Chloe always has a beaming smile and is a pleasure to have around .
