Member of the month 1/2 - Emma! When, how and why did you get started with us? Jan 2016 we moved to Perth from canberra. We did CrossFit there and Daniel made it his mission to find the best CrossFit Gym in Perth so we came here. Actually we started going to another one first but that closed down 😂

What would be your dream workout? I don't really like workouts! Anything that is less than 10 minutes and has small numbers. I like burpees, cleans and some rest in between.

What workout would you want to avoid? Anything with a number bigger than 50.

Favourite Crossfit Athlete: I would have to say Dan right? (That's the least I can do after stitching him up with karaoke Facebook!)

Whats the best thing you own that cost under $100? 5 hours of babysitting

Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made: I am pretty conservative and rarely venture out of my gym gear so can't go too wrong there. However in year 7 I sported side burns and a mullet but it was 2004 and I was sure it was on its way back into fashion.

Favourite quote: A smile is the prettiest thing you can wear.

What's your fav 90s jam: I like them all but Wilson Phillips Hold on For One More Day

Last thing you watched on TV: 7 year switch, Dans addicted!

Funniest thing that happened to you recently: Definitely sharing Dans karaoke skills on Facebook. Makes me laugh out loud every time I watch it or even think about it. Ooo ooo aahh aahh! A close second is Charlie excitedly spotting a real life ninja, except it was a lady in a burka.

Most used emoji: 💩💩💩 comes in handy with the kids

If you could have one other CrossFit Claremont members body part, what would it be? Cynthia's smile for sure!
