2/1 14m Dog Sled Push and Pull (100kg) (7m Up and back = 14m)

21m Burpee Broad Jump (3 x 7m shuttles)

28/21 Cal Echo Bike

Skill & Strength:

A. See Conditioning


B. 20 min AMRAP (for quality)

1 Wall Walk

2 Wall Facing Strict HSPU

3 Bar Muscle Ups (or hips to bar)

4 Weighted Bar Dips (10/5kg)

5 Reverse V Ups

6 Rolling Pistols

7 Strict Chest to bar Chin Ups
