Details for the CrossFit Open
 

Conditioning:

*During the 3 weeks of the Open we will put a pause on the cycle and leave this as an Open session.

A. 20 minutes to work on a skill or get some practise of your choice.

B. 20 min AMRAP in Pairs: One person working at a time

150m Farmers Carry (32/24kg)

30 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20")

45/30 Calorie Echo Bike

60/45 Calorie Ski Erg
