Movement and Mobility Class:
We had nearly 30 email responses of interest for this class yet we have only had between 2-4 people in attendance for each.
If you're someone with less then perfect movement and/or flexibility deficiencies this is a class that can not only give you huge performance improvements but will help you stay pain free and teach you how to maintain your body.
Learning how to move a little better or activate the correct muscle will have huge benefits.
