10 minutes to build the complex of V-Up + Hollow Rock + V-Tuck. If you can complete 1 rep of each with perfect form increase by 1 rep each time. Only go as high as perfect form and unbroken reps will allow.

4 Rounds for reps - 3 minutes work, 3 minutes rest:
15 Kettlebell Thrusters 32/20kg, Max C2 Calories in the remaining time.
