Most important a husband and Father. Where keeping a fully functional body to keep up with a growing child and future kids is a priority.
The most rewarding part of coaching is watching people from different backgrounds supporting each other and accomplishing workouts they never thought their body was capable of doing.
Katrina started CrossFit in 2010 and has coached at CrossFit Claremont since 2017. She is passionate about helping people improve and sustain their quality of life through fitness and a sense of belonging to the CrossFit Claremont community.
Over the years, Katrina has gained experience in CrossFit and Weightlifting competitions as an athlete (winning Nationals in 2020 and a state record-holder) and a coach. Hannah started CrossFit in 2011 as a way to regain fitness after having her first child. The obsession gradually grew and in 2017 began coaching at a gym in Virginia Beach, USA. On her return to Australia in 2019, Hannah joined the coaching team at CrossFit Claremont. Hannah thinks Olympic lifting is awesome! She has completed a number of times, holds a WA state record and earned a spot at Nationals.
When she’s not at the gym Hannah is a Physiotherapist, Army Reservist, completing a Masters in Tactical Research at ECU and raising two high energy kids. Hannah loves a chat as much as she loves to coach and is most satisfied when she see members enjoying both fitness and the amazing community that CFC has created.
Milla started Crossfit in 2018 and she has not stopped since. Milla loves the diversity of CrossFit. The community at CrossFit Claremont is also a massive reason why she's at the gym most days of the week. She is passionate about helping members to get healthier, fitter and happier through exercise.
Milla has been a full-time personal trainer and yoga teacher running her own business since 2014. In addition to CrossFit Level 1, Milla has Level 3 & 4 Personal Trainer and 200h Yoga teacher qualifications, as well as several nutrition, strength & conditioning and Olympic lifting courses.
Milla likes competing but trains mostly for fun. Best thing about coaching for her is to see members learning new skills, getting fitter, stronger, and enjoying the training with the CFC community.
