When, how and why did you get started with us? End of 2013 I think (back in the ole' gym)! Wanted to try Crossfit for a while and finally built up the courage to give it go.....
What would be your dream workout? Mmmmm, anything with Pull ups and Deadlifts (and not wall balls or thrusters).
What workout would you want to avoid? WODs with wall balls and thrusters!
Favourite Crossfit Athlete? Difficult to go past Froning.
What's the best thing you own that cost under $100? My Happy Sock. they're very comfy.
Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? Sooo who remembers Hypercolour T-shirts and Happy Pants (yes I'm that old)
Favourite quote? I know it's over used but "live well, laugh often and love much".
What's your fav 90s jam? Probably Wonderwall - Oasis or closing time - Semisonic.
Last thing you watched on TV? Mega Mechanics (I'm a geek)
