When, how and why did you get started with us? I was training at CrossFit South West before I moved to Perth for University. Some of the girls from the box recommended, so I tried it out when I came up here and never left. (Feb 2016.)
What would be your dream workout? An AMRAP of heavy dumbbell overhead squats, double unders, rowing and hang power cleans.
What workout would you want to avoid? Barbell lunges and thrusters. They hurt my soul 💔
Favourite Crossfit Athlete? Lauren Fisher.
What's the best thing you own that cost under $100? Probably my goldfish - Pablo. Such a little legend 🏆
Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? White fisherman cleated sandals. 🤢
Favourite quote? Don’t expect and you won’t be disappointed. 👊🏽
What's your fav 90s jam? I love all 90s RnB but you can’t go wrong with a bit of Matchbox Twenty - 3AM.
Last thing you watched on TV? The Cricket - Sheffield Shield match: NSW v WA. (yes... girls do watch cricket too) 🙋🏼♀️
Funniest thing that happened to you recently? During finals footy, a few of my mates and I decided that we should go and watch the Eagles at an open training session. We kitted up and headed to Optus Stadium. We were surprised by the lack of cars in the car park and thought “Oh good! Lucky we came! Not many supporters here”. So we entered the stadium and much to our disgust, realised that we’d come to the wrong stadium and Collingwood were in fact training. Needless to say we didn’t last long sitting with their questionable-looking supporters. (Chris Loftus, where were you?!)
