When, how and why did you get started with us? I think I started in 2016 at CrossFit Claremont before the gym relocated. I bought a house north of the river I needed a change of scenery and to meet some new people.
What would be your dream workout? Medium length workout. Maybe a Chipper with a variety of different movements.
What workout would you want to avoid? Anything with handstand push ups, especially opens standard.

What's the best thing you own that cost under $100? My phone plan for my iPhone X. Allows me to take high resolution bathroom selfies on the go. Anywhere and everywhere.
Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? I used to own a pair of white leather dress shoes back in the day... what was I thinking!

What's your fav 90s jam? That’s almost an impossible question. A lot of my favourite hip hop bangers are from the 90’s. Probably “California Love” by 2pac ft dr.dre.
Last thing you watched on TV? The bachelor.... what a joke of a show!
Funniest thing that happened to you recently? Watching Paul Watts trying to get his British Bulldog “Blossom” to go for a wee on a fake piece of grass.

If you could have one other CrossFit Claremont members body part, what would it be? Ive had to swallow my pride with this question. Probably a Combination of Mitch Bells Beyoncé booty and Isaac Rasmussen’s cheese grater abs (no homo boys).
