There is an 8am CrossFit Class today. There is also a 9am class for 18.2

8am WOD:

In teams of 2:
30 Min AMRAP
100m Farmers Carry 32/24kg (each)
20 Clean and Jerks 60/42.5kg
300m Run (together)
40 Calorie Bike
50 Deadlifts 60/42.5kg
6 Rope Climbs 15ft
*Must tag after each change in the working partner.


9am:

18.2 

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
Dumbbell squats 22.5/15kg
Bar-facing Burpees

Workout 18.2a
1 RM Clean

12 minutes to complete 18.2 and 18.2a
