Cynthia Sargent was a vibrant, larger then life woman who's smile and positive attitude that touched whoever she came in contact with. Throughout her treatment she barely missed a day of training, never complained and worked harder then anyone. Her memory will live on and on her birthday will celebrate her extraordinary life and impact on others with a workout named in her honour. She was always the fastest at sit ups, didn't stop moving on large burpee sets and a good runner. Resting wasn't really her jam but helping others was.
There will be no class caps, or pre rego required for today's Saturday classes and feel free to bring friends and family.
