When, how and why did you get started with us? I tried Crossfit in Ireland with some friends and it was the first form of fitness that I enjoyed in years. When I moved down under I originally joined Southern Crossfit in Willetton then followed Jase to Nedlands.
What would be your dream workout? Strength portion of the daily wod = weighted pull ups then 10 min AMRAP of pull ups.
What workout would you want to avoid? So many it's hard to choose but if I had to.......long work outs with a lot of burpees are a killer.
