"Let's stay" 5 Rounds:

2 minutes Airbike Calories

30 seconds rest

2 minutes Row Calories

30 seconds rest

2 minutes Ski Calories

30 seconds rest

2 minutes 10m Shuttles

30 seconds rest

Here we are going to test your staying ability and your own capacity awareness.

Each round your goal is to keep the same score as the previous round. You can increase if you're able as the workout progresses.

Your score will be firstly how many total Calories you dropped in the workout, if you held the exact same or increased, that score will be 0. Then the tiebreaker or secondary score is your total Calories. Performance:
