For the month of June we are going to trial something a little different. On each Sunday, the whole week of workouts are going to be released. Hopefully this will allow for better scheduling and organisation for you guys and just the ability to maximise your training. Eg getting certain clothing ready, rope climb guards etc What are we are hoping for is that it doesn't result in cherry picking workouts that suit you / you enjoy. CrossFit is about well rounded fitness across broad time and domains. Improving the things you fear and struggle with the most will give you the biggest benefits. If it works well and is well received it's something we may continue in the future.
