HEY GUYS! A little change up to THIS SATURDAY'S lineup for a very important and worthy cause.
On Saturday morning we will be running a fundraiser workout to support and celebrate two of our young members Claire and Olivia, (and Liam's sister Hannah). These brave and ambitious girls are swimming to Rottnest to raise money for the Brian Cancer Foundation.
You may or may not be aware that Claire's Mum, Cyn was diagnosed with a grade IV Glioblastoma in February of 2016. Many of you probably don't know as Cyn is in the gym every day training as hard as anyone and most of you probably wouldn't realise she is carrying this burden.
On Saturday we will run 8am Weightlifting and a big 9am CrossFit class (there will be no 10am class this Saturday). You will not need to sign in for the 9am class, the more the merrier for an excellent cause!
I invite you to please bring along some cash to donate to the girls on the day, any donation big or small I am sure would be so greatly appreciated!
