    This Saturday there will be the Open afterparty / CrossFit Claremont get together. We will announce the award winners from the Open voting. Don't worry if you didn't do the Open, all members are invited! It will be held at the Stanley (294 Cambridge St Wembley) and kick off will be 7pm, with the awards to be announced at 7.30pm.     CrossFit Kids

    Thanks to all involved for another fun-filled CrossFit Kids term! We will be starting a new term (coinciding with the school term) on Wednesday the 1st of May. The term will run for 10 weeks again on Wednesday's at 3.45pm for 45 minutes. However we will be trialing a few changes for this term!     After reaching out and getting a heap of feedback (which was amazing) we have sifted through it all and tried to make some changes which will hopefully bring widespread increased fitness. The changes will begin this Sunday the 14th of April and can be found below.     When, how and why did you get started with us? End of 2013 I think (back in the ole' gym)! Wanted to try Crossfit for a while and finally built up the courage to give it go.....
